Refunds for Digital Services (Techokraft Productions)
All digital services offered by Techokraft Productions are delivered through a structured process involving advance payments and milestone-based deliverables. Refunds for such services are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis.
A refund may be initiated only under specific circumstances, including:
a. If the final product or deliverable is not provided due to a verified technical issue on our end.b. If the delivered file is found to be corrupted or unusable, and our team is unable to provide a working version or fix within seven (7) business days of being notified in writing.
Please note that once a project has been initiated, planned resources, production time, and costs are allocated. Therefore, refunds are not provided for change of mind, partial work already completed, delays caused by the client, or subjective dissatisfaction outside the scope of agreed deliverables. Any exceptions will be made solely at the discretion of Techokraft Productions after a formal review.
Refunds for Courses (ADCA)
For courses purchased through ADCA, we offer a limited refund window under clear conditions to ensure fairness for both learners and the academy. A full refund will be provided if the learner has not logged in to the course and has not downloaded any course files or free assets.
To be eligible, refund requests must be submitted in writing to learn@adcaonline.com within 24 hours of the purchase. Once course files or assets have been accessed, downloaded, or the student has participated in a live or recorded session, refunds will no longer be applicable.
Please note that once a course is activated, no partial refunds or course transfers will be offered under any circumstances.Live and Recorded Sessions
ADCA provides both live and recorded training programs. Due to the nature of digital education, once access to a course is granted, it is considered delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or technical issues that occur on the user’s end.
